Our school has served the families of East London for 90 years, and has grown and evolved throughout that time to best meet the needs of our community. We are delighted to be embarking on a new chapter in our history this September as we amalgamate our boys’ and girls’ schools to become a single mixed school.
We were pleased to welcome our local Member of Parliament, Apsana Begum, to our school on the last day of term.
On Wednesday, 19th July our Year 8, 9, and 10 students gathered for their end-of-term Mass to thank God for a busy and successful academic year. There was a wonderful atmosphere, with over 650 attendees in St Mary and St Michaels church coming together in prayer, reflection and celebration.
After an extended wait due to the challenges of the pandemic, students, staff and families gathered for an exhilarating Sports Day at Mile End Stadium.
On the 13th of July, our talented musicians and dancers took centre stage for the Creative Arts Showcase in the school theatre.
We are delighted to share the success of our Year 8 students who recently participated in the inspiring "Know your Onions" project. This initiative runs in schools across London and aims kindle a passion for cooking and gardening and environmental stewardship.
