In addition to completing your Local Authority Application Form you will need to complete our Supplementary Information Form and any relevant additional information.

You can complete the Supplementary Form by:

  • Filling it in online via THIS LINK

  • Obtaining a physical copy from by visiting Main Reception on weekdays from 8:00 to 15:00 or telephoning the school on 0207 791 9500.

  • Downloading a physical copy from the bottom of this page and returning it to Main Reception with all relevant documentation.

Please complete your Supplementary Form and return it to the school as soon as possible, with a final deadline of the 31st October 2023. If you are waiting for a Certificate of Catholic Practice you can send the Supplementary Form to the school and forward the Priest’s Reference at a later date. CCP Forms can be collected from your local Parish.

Last day for lodging appeal forms for places in year 7 

4pm on 2 April 2024

Appeals received after this date may not be heard by the end of the summer term.

 

Appeals will take place from

April to June 2024

Invitation letter giving you details about your hearing will be sent by the Clerk to the Independent Appeal Panel

At least 10 school days before the hearing

Any additional evidence or supporting evidence

At least five school days before the hearing.  You are advised that additional paperwork received on the day of the appeal hearing will not be taken into account.

Letter from the Clerk informing you of the decision of the independent panel

Where possible this will be sent five school days after the last hearing for all the appeals held for that particular school.
