Parents & Friends Association
The partnership between parents, school and parish is outstanding. Relationships with parents begin early in the school life of students.
Section 48 Report, January 2017
Bishop Challoner Parents and Friends Association
At Bishop Challoner Catholic Federation of Schools, we are committed to building strong relationships and working in partnership with parents and care givers. A vibrant, formal and direct link between where a child is educated and their families is a clear sign of a healthy school.
In 2013, Bishop Challoner formed its first Parent and Friends’ Association. Our PFA plays a crucial role in supporting the school to forge links with parents and the local community, and to raise funds for school based projects.
The PFA meet regularly at the school to discuss issues affecting parents and how our school and our parents can best support each other.
The next Parents and Friends Association meeting will take place at 16:00 on Thursday, 7th September.
There is no limit to the number of parents that can join our PFA and we are always looking to welcome new members. For more information please contact our Parent Support/ Engagement Worker Mr Chris Cowie please e-mail him at:
